Renovation of an educational facility in Shiloh, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids will be based on a Single Lump Sum contract. Bids shall include not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. Purchase cost is non-refundable. Additional shipping/handling charges may apply and are non-refundable. Contact Snow Printing for exact shipping/handling charge. Bid Security is required in the amount of ten (10) percent of Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole.
