The proposed work consists of improvements to the asphalt parking lots and the concrete bus loop at the Shiloh-Scott Metrolink Station. Written explanation desired by a Bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of solicitation documents must be submitted in writing via iSupplier prior to March 12, 2026, 2:00 p.m., St. Louis time. The proposed work consists of improvements to the asphalt parking lots and the concrete bus loop at the Shiloh-Scott Metrolink Station. The primary scope of work includes roto-milling and resurfacing the parking lots and bus lanes and replacement of the concrete portion of the bus-loop. Additional work includes at various location include subgrade repair, pavement patching, ADA curb ramp removal and replacement, pavement marking, traffic control, and other miscellaneous items to complete the project. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to satisfactorily construct the project in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Items such as dowel bars, hardware, sawcutting, fiber expansion joints, etc. not specifically called out in the plans and job special provisions are considered incidental to the work performed and shall be included in the bid as separate bid items but the cost should be considered incidental to the other work and no direct payment will be made for complying with this specification. The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating construction activities with patrons using the MetroLink station and parking lots. Construction phasing is indicated on the plans and shall be coordinated with Metro.
