The Fullerton Joint Union High School District is requesting firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations to prequalify and propose to Lease-Leaseback Construction Services for "Troy High School, Sonora High School, Sunny Hills High School - New Tracks and Fields" Project("Project"): at Fullerton Union High School sites pursuant to Government Code section 4217.10. All Prime contractors and subcontractors holding the following licenses must be prequalified with the District regardless of the value of the contract: B. These contractors and subcontractors must submit an original fully completed and sealed Prequalification Questionnaire to the District at the time/date/location indicated here: Facilities and Construction Dept. Fullerton Joint Union High School District, 1027 S Leslie St, La Habra, CA 90631 Submission Prequalification Deadline: May 1, 2025, 1:00PM Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 1:00 PM PT Questions regarding this RFQ/P must be in writing and directed only to Andy Kim, andykim@fjuhsd.org. Contractors are directed to not contact any other Person regarding this rfq/p. The successful Contractor shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. The successful Contractor and its subcontractors shall pay all workers on the Project not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District, pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code. Prevailing wage rates are available from the District or on the Internet at: . Contractors and all subcontractors shall comply with the registration and qualification requirements pursuant to sections 1725.5 and 1771.1 of the California Labor Code.
