Site work and renovation of a civil project in Alorton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 05/08/2025 All requests for interpretations shall be in writing via mail or e-mail to tsudholt@hurstrosche.com and must be received seven (7) days prior to date fixed for opening of bids in order to be given consideration. The project consists of rehabilitating an existing submersible duplex lift station at 3705 Market Avenue, including removal and replacement of lift station pumps, control panel, valves, pressure gauge, guide bars, float switches, lift cables, service pole, disconnect switches, power & alarm cables, discharge pipe, force main, valve vault lid & access hatch, and fencing, together with restoration of all disturbed surfaces and all other incidental work required to complete the project. This is a Lump Sum Contract.
