Greenville Elementary School Construction For the Greenville Elementary School, 165 Golden Street, Norwich, CT. All questions regarding bidding procedures, bidding documents and construction procedures are to be directed in RFI form to the Construction Manager at greenvillebid@downesco.com. All answers will be published by written Addendum. Extension of the RFI deadline may only be revised by written addendum. Questions received verbally will not be answered.
