Scope of Work: Refer to the Certa drawings and technical specifications for an in-depth description of the requirements of the project. 1. Full removal of existing roof system down to the structural deck and installation of new single-ply TPO membrane system, as specified and further described in Section 07 5400 - Thermoplastic Membrane Roofing. 2. New sheet metal parapet coping caps installed over high-temperature rated self-adhered membrane (HTSAM) underlayment, integrated with the new roof membrane. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a Surety Bond, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check, executed in favor of Willamalane Park and Recreation District, in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, based upon the total bid amount for those items bid upon. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids in whole or in part, to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not to extend beyond 90 days from the Bid opening date.
