**As of August 26, 2025, the project was awarded to Ryan Black Construction, LLC, with an awarded amount of $14,785.00.** This work includes but is not limited to: the replacement of approximately 920 square feet of public sidewalks and 80 square feet of private sidewalk. The Contract Administrator for this solicitation is Jared L. Young. Email: jyoung@homesforgood.org The Agency expects to issue the Notice to Proceed effective approximately Monday, June 23, 2025. The Contractor will have Ninety-Six (96) calendar days from that date to complete the work. Final completion is anticipated to be no later than Friday, September 26, 2025. Homes for Good Housing Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids
