The purpose of the RFQ is to establish a State of Oregon Public Works / Public Improvement Contract for Lane County AFRC - Navy Carport Upgrades Project for the benefit of Oregon Military Department ("OMD"). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the RFQ and the Contract Documents. Project includes installing an approximate 24 ft wide by 12ft tall non-insulated, metal, motorized, coiling overhead door, framed and assembled into existing south wall opening, and painted to match existing exterior doors. Install a personnel entrance door in same south wall opening. The personnel entrance door to be a standard 3ft x 7 ft, hollow metal jamb and hollow metal flush door assembly, with hardware and paint to matching existing doors. Standard lock and key assembly.
