This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to: Contruct New Fire Station Including All Concrete Driveways, Embankment, Drainage, Utility, Erosion Control, and Associated Work. The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Elevate Pine Bluff Road to an elevation of 43 feet, including all embankment, drainage, erosion control, and other associated work. 2.02 The provisions of R.S. 38:2215 do not apply to this contract for construction due to the project being financed in whole or in part by federal or other funds.
