The City of Walker, Louisiana seeks to identify one or more suppliers of A2000 pipe of various lengths and diameters to enter into a one-year contingency supply contract. Orders are expected quarterly or as otherwise needed, with total yearly purchases expected to exceed $30,000. Qualified suppliers will enter into a one-year agreement to submit sealed, competitive quotes when requested. Purchases will be made from the responsible bidder offering the lowest price. Only suppliers who respond to this solicitation will be considered for purchase orders. Interested suppliers must complete and upload the provided form electronically by the specified deadline. Quotes submitted in person, by mail, or by email will not be accepted. There is a 2% administrative fee payable by the supplier directly to LaMATS. The awarded supplier may be asked to supply the same product to other municipalities at the established price, but participation in this aspect is voluntary.
