The City of Redondo Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial service for 11 City facilities and 10 sets of restrooms in City parks. The successful proposer will enter into a three-year agreement with the City. The City will have the option to extend the agreement for an additional two-year period, with terms of the extension period to be negotiated. Question Submission Deadline: April 24, 2025, 11:59pm - Question Response Deadline: May 1, 2025, 11:59pm. Contract Start Date: July 1, 2025. Please reference the attached RFP for project details and requirements. The City of Redondo Beach reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received and, to the extent permitted by law, to waive any irregularities, defects or informalities in any proposal received.
