The construction of a trail from Hwy 3 to the Little Maquoketa River Mounds parking area. Work includes grading, PCC trail paving, wooden boardwalk. The work will be substantially complete on or before November 15, 2025, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before December 1, 2025.
