The project consists of the rehabilitation and recoating of the Rena Road 700,000-gallon steel ground storage tank in Van Buren, Arkansas. **Maguire Water requests sub bids no later than 10:00 AM on May 6, 2025. Question Deadline 05/05/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineerin response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A. The Work of this Contract is located near the intersection of Park Ridge Drive and Park Avenue in Van Buren, Arkansas. B. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required and construct the rehabilitation and recoating of the Rena Road 700,000-gallon tank in its entirety as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. C. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Preparation and recoating of the interior and exterior coating system for the Rena Road Tank, installation of a mechanical tank mixer and grounding system, tank rehabilitation, and site improvements.
