**As of June 10,2025, the project was awarded to Eminent Excavating Local LLC , with an awarded amount of $1,482,702.25 .** Reference Number 0000384382 This project consists of cold milling the existing HMA surface 2" and repaving with one course of non-structuralHMA Overlay on Florence from Joseph to Charlotte, on Charlotte from W. Jefferson to Eliza, and on Cherrygrove from W. Jefferson to the dead end. Full depth pavement repairs will be made as-needed within the provided quantities. Repaving of all ADA curb ramps within project boundaries with new detectable warning surfaces will also be performed and repairs to curb and gutter will be performed as needed. As needed repairs will be performed on storm sewer system, including structure replacements, as needed. The project also includes water main replacement along each of these road segments, which would include abandonment of existing and transferring over all services. Some lead service line replacements will be required.
