TRADES Plumbing Electrical. The Project consists of but not limited to: 1. Demolish existing garage and masonry chimney. 2. Remediate hazardous materials. 3. Renovation of a single family home, reconfigure bathroom and kitchen and add new entry porches and ramp. 4. New roof, siding and insulation. 5. New plumbing and electrical utilities as indicated. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub- Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the LUDLOW HOUSING AUTHORITY.
