Bidders shall comply with the Prevail ing Wage Rate Act, Pref er ence to Illi noisWork ers Act, Stan dardSpec i fi ca tions for Road and Bridge Construc tion(SSRBC),Pref er ence to Veter ans of the United StatesMili tary and Naval Service Act of the State of Illi nois.Bidders will also be required to comply with the applicable equal employ ment oppor tu nity provi sions. No bid shall be with drawn after the opening of thepropos als with out the written consent of the Pres ident and Board of Trustees of the Village of Arlington Heights.
