Questions Due Date: May 1st 2025, 4:00 PM MDT. Time of Starting and Completion. Owner estimates issuing a Notice to Proceed on May 28, 2025 after executing the Construction Contract. Substantial Completion of the Work is required no later than August 29, 2025. Final Completion of the Work is required no later than September 5, 2025.
