Renovation of a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Hoffman Construction Company of America, Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC") for West Boise Water Renewal Facility ("Project") being performed for The City of Boise, Idaho ("Owner") requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package BP#4 - Secondary Capacity Expansion Package 1. This bid package includes the following: Civil, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Sheet Metal Façade, Sheet Metal Roofing, Dampproofing, Doors, Glazing, Fire Protection Specialties, Painting, Mechanical, Process & HVAC,, Electrical & I&C and Landscaping. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information should be emailed separately to bids@hoffmancorp.com. Question Deadline 05/26/2025 Technical Questions & Substitution Requests: Technical questions and substitution requests must be SUBMITTED IN WRITING at least seven (7) working days prior to the bid date to: Ben Larson, E-mail: Ben-Larson@Hoffmancorp.com Questions concerning Subcontract/Purchase Agreement Terms and Conditions, Insurance, Bonding, and/or D/M/W/V requirements should be directed to: Rebekah Kilgore, 503/221-8811 or E-mail Rebekah-Kilgore@Hoffmancorp.com. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information should be emailed separately to bids@hoffmancorp.com. The inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals, resumes, etc. is strongly discouraged. Statements made at the pre-bid meeting by representatives of the Contractor, Owner, Architect, Engineers, and/or others are not binding and do not change the RFP documents or bidding requirements unless such statements are confirmed by written Addendum to the RFP. Bids must be complete and clearly labeled: "Bid Package: #4 - Secondary Capacity Expansion Package 1, West Boise Water Renewal Facility" and include Bidder's name and address. Owner and CM/GC are committed to promoting and stimulating the growth of disadvantaged, minority business enterprises, women business enterprises and Veteran-owned Business Enterprises (D/M/W/VBE) firms and maximizing the opportunities for D/M/W/VBE firms to participate in the work of this project.
