This federally-funded project entails professional services to: Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced respondents (individuals or firms) to establish a "Service Agreement". This service will provide "Janitorial Services" to support VRT requirements. In determining the most advantageous quote, the Owner will consider all acceptable quotes on a basis consistent with the procurement package. The Owner will also consider whether the quote is a responsible quote. Before a contract will be awarded for work contemplated herein, the Owner will conduct such investigation as is necessary to determine the performance record and ability of the Offerors to perform the size and type of work specified under this contract. Upon request, the Offeror shall submit such information as deemed necessary by the Owner to evaluate the Offeror's qualifications. All submissions must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign.
