A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include The Removal and replacement of the existing multi-zone air handling unit and associated return fan, chilled water pump, and accessories.Additionally, the scope includes the installation of a new steam converter, heating water pump, piping, and accessories. The heating water piping will be extended to serve the new multi-zone unit. Integration of the Johnson Controls (JCI) building automation system will be provided by extending the existing system from the nearby Student Union building A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $1,492,000.00
