In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of rehabilitation of the following existing bridge structures: 1. Bethel Court Bridge (#2065): * Perform repairs on the top deck spanning over the Ridenbaugh Canal and North of Franklin Road. * Includes concrete repairs and epoxy overlay. 2. Healey Road Bridge (#2149) (over New York Canal.): * Conduct bridge deck maintenance including repair of expansion joints. * Address concrete cracking and perform surface repairs on the piers and caps of the structure. 3. Vista Avenue Bridge (#2165): * Located North of Elder Street, spanning the New York Canal. * Undertake rehabilitation of the existing bridge deck, concrete repairs and epoxy overlay. * Repair the expansion joint located at the South end of the bridge. * Perform concrete surface repairs on the bridge girders. The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before December 31, 2025. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $1,500.00 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project.
