The City of Del Rio (CITY) is seeking to obtain proposals from qualified vendors interested in Golf Course Management Services for the San Felipe Springs Golf Course. The CITY seeks to select and potentially enter into a contract with a qualified person, firm or corporation to provide the management services as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Any requests for interpretation, clarification, specification questions, etc. must be either submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent via email at Luis.Menchaca@CityofDelRio.com at least five (5) business days prior to RFP opening or it will not be considered. No verbal questions will be accepted. Questions of substantial nature will be addressed in the form of an addendum and posted on the original post for all interested to review. Event RFP note: Respondent shall submit one original hardcopy, signed in ink, and four (4) hardcopies of the PROPOSAL and 1 USB containing an Adobe PDF Version of the entire PROPOSAL in a sealed. Electronic Submissions will not be accepted. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. This solicitation does not commit the City of Del Rio to award a contract, to pay any costs associated with the submission or preparation of any proposal submitted. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that it deems to be relevant to its needs. The City reserves the right to request additional information from an individual or to request all submitters to submit supplemental materials in fulfillment of the content requirements of this request for proposals (RFP) or to meet additional information needs of the City. The City also reserves the unilateral right to waive any technical or format requirements contained in the RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
