The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin Air Force Base, TX is seeking a responsible SBA certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program source to design and construct a mounted static display of the T-1A aircraft on Laughlin AFB within the Ribas-Dominicci traffic circle, located directly northeast of the West Gate, and install all necessary drainage, lighting, and other features consistent with existing static displays. The Contractor shall furnish all surveys, design drawings, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, administration, supervision, and all else necessary to perform all operations to successfully complete this project. When complete, the project shall be constructed as described within the draft Statement of Work. The 47th Contracting Squadron's anticipates award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract as a result of this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the estimated price range of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
