The City of Del Rio would like to receive statements of qualification from firms or professionals who are able to provide consultant services for various planning and zoning department projects and programs. Once a selection has been made, the City may need services ranging from plan review, code inspection, building official services, flood plain manager services, among other services associated with the planning and zoning department and their scope of work. The statements of qualifications will be evaluated by a committee consisting of staff members using criteria that will be included in the request for qualifications. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to schedule additional interviews with all or selected submitters and request additional information that may allow them to make a final selection for recommendation for an award. This solicitation does not commit the City of Del Rio to award a contract, to pay any costs associated with the submission or preparation of any submittal submitted, or the procurement of the equipment listed. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that it deems to be relevant to its needs. The City reserves the right to request additional information from an individual or to request all submitters to submit supplemental materials in fulfillment of the content requirements of this request for qualifications (RFQ) or to meet additional information needs of the City. The City also reserves the unilateral right to waive any technical or format requirements contained in the RFQ. The City reserves the right to require additional technical information and negotiate all elements which comprise the submission to ensure that the best possible consideration be afforded to all concerned. The City reserves the right to accept all or part of any submission, to reject any or all submissions and to re-solicit for submissions.
