Awarded bidder is ROOF TOPPERS OF EL PASO, INC with the amount $227,393.24. DPS is seeking bids for roof replacement at the Del Rio area office located at 2012 Veterans Blvd Del Rio, TX. Question Deadline 01/15/2025 at 5:00 PM CT SCOPE OF WORK A. This section outlines the scope of work included in the project. Refer to the appropriate drawings and specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be provided. The contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this portion of the project. The Contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, shall serve as a part of this scope of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. The Contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this project. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Remove existing roofing system to deck including existing roof field, insulation, metal edge, flashings, vent stacks, curbing and all other general rooftop accessories. 2. Verify integrity of existing deck 3. Repair and/ or replace existing deck as required. 4. Install ISO roof insulation as required to meet current state and city energy codes. 5. Install new fully adhered hot-mopped Built-Up Roof (BUR) including all materials, metal edge, flashing, boots, vent stacks, curbing and all other general rooftop accessories as needed. 6. Install new walking pads from roof access to and around existing roof top units (RTU's). 7. Provide a minimum two (2) year Warranty on all installation work. 8. Provide minimum twenty (20) year NDL manufacturer's warranty on material and workmanship. 9. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
