Renovation of a municipal facility in Del Rio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Del Rio Municipal Landfill is requesting proposals from qualified firms to furnish, deliver and replace a 70-foot-long x 11-foot-wide x 17-1/2 inches high truck scale with smart-cell digital technology at the City of Del Rio Landfill. Additionally, via this RFP, the City of Del Rio is requesting proposals from qualified firms to furnish, to deliver and install one inbound and one outbound 70-foot-long x 11 foot wide truck scales (including concrete approaches, the weight bridges, load cells and performing all applicable installations of the foundation and drainage therefrom) at the City of Del Rio Landfill. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent, Luis Menchaca, via e-mail to purchasing@cityofdelrio.com no later than May 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
