Chambers Building - 4052-25-00519 This project will include renovating of most of the facility to accommodate a new tenant and will include MEP upgrades consist of four floors including basement totaling approximately 65,000-square feet. West Courts Building - 3301-25-00520 This project will include tenant improvements in a vacated portion of the first floor of the Maricopa County West Court Building and potentially adjacent spaces that support the improvement of this facility. The area or improvement is approximately 17,602-square feet. Downtown Justice Center - 4053-25-00521 The project includes improvements to approximately 32,000-square feet across multiple floors of an occupied facility.
