The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Swimming Pool Maintenance Supplies, Accessories and Repair for a five-year contract commencing on or about July 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department (PRD) manages 29 aquatic facilities with 45 separate bodies of water located throughout the City of Phoenix. Some pools and splash pads have multiple bodies of water which range in size from 12,000 gallons to 750,000 gallons of water. City staff requires miscellaneous commercial-grade swimming pool parts, splash pad parts, and equipment to perform maintenance activities on various systems including, but not limited to, filtration systems, pumps, impellers, motors, chemical injection systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure. Question Deadline 04/29/2025 at 1:00 PM MT All questions that arise relating to this solicitation should be directed via electronically and must be received by the due date. The City will not consider questions received after the deadline. The Procurement Officer will answer written inquiries in an addendum and publish any addenda online. No informal contact initiated by Offerors on the proposed service will be allowed with members of City's staff from date of distribution of this solicitation until after city council awards the contract. All questions concerning or issues related to this solicitation must be presented in writing. The City reserves the right to award a contract by individual line items, by group, all or none, or any other combination most advantageous to the City. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
