The Lonesome Pine Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (RIFA) and the City of Norton are soliciting statements of proposals from qualified firms or individual(s) to complete road design and NEPA documentation for an industrial access road project in City of Norton, Virginia. The scope of the work mainly consists of the consultant(s) creating the transportation facility design, traffic impact analysis/operational & safety analysis report, cost estimate, plans and specs, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation ready for construction. The criteria for review of qualifications statements and selection of an individual or firm will include project approach and schedule, references, project team, and relevant knowledge and experience. Minority and/or female owned businesses or firms and Section 3 businesses or firms are encouraged to apply. The Lonesome Pine RIFA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
