PLEASE NOTE: The estimated value listed for this project is for searchability purposes only and does not reflect the actual construction budget as determined by the owner. It should not be used for estimation purposes at this time. The Project includes the following Work, to be bid under three (3) separate contracts: Contract 1 consists of approximately 2,965 LF of 18", 2,045 LF of 10" and 190 LF of 8" new gravity line; 305 LF of 14" gravity line rehabilitated in place; 36 manholes; and all appurtenances. The designated web link will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated web link. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
