This is a Measure U Bond Program project. The Berryessa Union School District is seeking qualified and experienced licensed contractors to submit sealed bids for construction of a new warehouse building. The work consists of abatement and demolition of existing buildings, site clearing, underground utilities, building slab and construction of a pre-engineered metal building, interior buildout, fire alarm, security, data, sitework, ADA work, signage and all other associated work.
