Exterior Painting at Independence Adult Center - Paint the exterior of the Independence Adult Education Center campus as indicated on the drawings and specifications. Painting of the following: 1. 100 Building: Labor, material, and equipment to paint all exterior surfaces and all doors. 2. 200 Building: Labor, material, and equipment to paint all exterior surfaces and all doors. 3. 300 Building: Labor, material, and equipment to paint all exterior surfaces and all doors. 4. 400 Building: Labor, material, and equipment to paint all exterior surfaces and all doors. 5. Administrative Enviroplex Unit except Mural Wall: Labor, material, and equipment to paint exterior and doors. 6. 12 Light Poles: Labor, materials, and equipment. 7. 1 Flag Pole: Labor, materials, and equipment. 8. Clock Tower: Labor, materials, and equipment. Work will include: o Washing, scraping, sanding, and priming of surfaces before painting. o Remove or mask all exterior lights and reinstall lights upon completion. o Mask or cover windows, grounds, plants, and other areas not to be painted before painting. o Clean and dispose of debris related to the painting work. o Provide inspection and final walkthrough upon completion of painting. A Project Labor Agreement is required on this project.
