This is a Measure U Bond Program project. The Berryessa Union School District is seeking qualified and experienced licensed contractors to submit sealed bids for site work and utilities for two (2) portable classrooms and one (1) portable restroom building at Majestic Way Elementary School. The work includes fire alarm, electrical power, plumbing (DW-SS-SD) fencing, AC paving, site concrete, trenching, and backfill of underground utilities, and overhead conduits. PREQUALIFICATION - AB1565: This project is NOT subject to Prequalification. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The District shall award the Contract, if it awards it at all, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on: The Base Bid.
