Renovation of an educational facility in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to perform repairs and recladding of the exterior walls at the School. Work is focused on the south, south-east, and south-west elevations, specifically the top part with existing cast stone. The scope includes the removal of the cast stone and installation of new sandstone panel cladding, as detailed in the drawings and specifications by the Consultant. The new cladding will preserve the buildings historical character while improving durability. All work will adhere to heritage preservation guidelines. Key deliverables for this project are: Removal of existing cast stone Installation of sandstone panel cladding Structural repairs, if needed, to support new cladding Final inspection to ensure compliance with heritage standards Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
