Site work and renovation of a civil project in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Ministry of Environment and Parks - BC Parks ("the Ministry") is seeking to replace its existing wood stave watermain with a dedicated 200mm diameter HDPE watermain for fire flows and a dedicated 100mm diameter HDPE watermain for domestic water flows. The works includes for the complete supply and installation of the piping including all appurtenance equipment and structures noted on the drawings and specifications. In addition to the two watermains, the work includes the connection of existing services to the new watermains, the separation of the existing combined fire/domestic plumbing services within two sprinklered buildings, a temporary structure housing the firemain basket strainer, connection to the existing water treatment building, and the replacement of the intake isolation valve at the dam. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca TERM OF AGREEMENT 4.01 Subject to Clause 3.02, the Term of this Agreement is from execution of this agreement to October 31, 2025.
