Renovation of a municipal facility in Roanoke, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Western Virginia Water Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Owner or Authority) is requesting sealed bids for contracts for meter installations on existing service lines where customers are currently on a flat-rate due to no meters. It is not the intent of the specification to be proprietary, or to exclude any contractor. The Authority shall provide the mechanism for the evaluation of all information received, the final determination of responsible offertory, and reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to reject all bids. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Authority in writing. Questions received less than two (2) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
