The Base Bid Project consists of the replacement of approximately 3,280 feet of existing water line with new 12", 8", and 6 water line, installation of new service connections, and related appurtenances as shown on the Plans and as described in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
