Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Courtois, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work includes Demolition of existing structure and construction of a new 55-foot slab beam bridge with slight roadway work and incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bid alternates include a 10-foot x 3-foot cast-inplace box culvert and non-reinforced concrete paving. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects shall provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The DBE Goal for this project is 3%. The Crawford County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
