This Masonry Clean and Seal project includes the cleaning and sealing of exterior masonry blocks on the East Primary building Cleaning of Masonry Brick -Approximately 8,300 square feet of exterior block -Block size is 8x16 -Total determined area must be power washed and cleaned thoroughly -After cleaning, the area must be allowed to dry Maintenance and Sealing of Block -Approximately 8,300 square feet of exterior block -Block size is 8x16 -Replace and apply predetermined caulking where needed before properly sealing -Properly seal and coat the Exterior Block to ensure waterproofing ability -Caulking Product: Sherwin Williams Concrete and Masonry Sealant (Product Information Provided at Pre-Bid Meeting) -Sealant Product: Conflex XL Smooth High Build Acrylic Coating (Product Information Provided at Pre-Bid Meeting Proposals must be returned on the form provided. In addition, a proposal must consist of all pages of the proposal request, including the signature page signed by an authorized firm representative. The bidder must provide two references with their bid proposal. Non-conformance with these instructions may be grounds for rejection of the proposal. The contract will be awarded based on the proposal that best meets the District's needs, as determined by the District.
