Sealed bids are requested for the following for the calendar year 2026: Six-sack mix of cement with fiber mesh, with prices to include delivery in quantities from 1 yard up to a truckload anywhere in Barton County; Grade 60 bendable rebar cut to length and bent to shape, in all sizes, delivered to job site or county barn; Concrete culverts, delivered to job site or county barn, with pricing for sizes 12” to 48” by price per foot; Polymer coated metal culverts, all sizes, 14 gauge unless specified, squashed, delivered to job site upon request unless otherwise specified; Hourly rate for dozer work, minimum three hours work with three days notice, including machine specifications and proof of liability and workmen’s compensation; Hourly rates for backhoe work, minimum three hours work with three days notice, including machine specifications and proof of liability and workmen’s compensation; Hourly rates for track hoe work, minimum four hours, three days notice, including machine specifications such as size, pounds, horsepower, reach, digging depth, lifting capacity, and bucket width, with proof of liability and workmen’s compensation; Precast slab bridge decks with engineer’s seal and loading design according to AASHTO guidelines, slabs to be 20' to 46' long, 25' 8" wide, 12" thick, with specified features and delivery, bid to include all necessary associated materials; Price for rock (1” lateral, shot rock, 6”-8” clean, road rock), county to pick up and haul; Hauling price per ton per mile to job sites in Barton County. Insurance requirements include the contractor providing a certificate of insurance naming Barton County as additional insured with thirty day written cancellation notice, occurrence basis coverage, and worker’s compensation meeting Missouri statutory limits and specified employer’s liability limits.
