Each proposal bid must be accompanied by a $20,000 bid bond made payable to the MONROE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION. Contract duration shall be sixty (60) Calendar Days; Notice to Proceed will be issued on or about June 26, 2025. Owner anticipates formal contractor selection & award nolater than June 5, 2025. Resurfacing & striping & ADA compliance shall be complete within Sixty (60) calendars to avoid liquidated damages. Add-alternate items must be completed within the 60-calendar day duration; The successful bidder will be required to furnish, within ten (10) days after the award, a Surety Corporation Performance Bond or Letter of Credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Eachbid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder, and labeled "High School Parking Lot Resurfacing" and shall be addressed to the Monroe Township Board of Education Business Administrator.
