Landscape Maintenance Services Rancho California Water District is seeking competitive bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide professional landscape maintenance services for District-owned and operated properties. The primary objective of this RFB is to select a contractor capable of maintaining all landscaped areas listed in this RFB to a high standard of appearance, plant health, safety, and environmental sustainability. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering routine and as-needed services, which include, but are not limited to: mowing, edging, trimming, irrigation system inspection and management, weed and pest control, debris removal, seasonal planting, and general upkeep of landscaped grounds. These services are essential in supporting the District's operational integrity, environmental objectives, and public-facing image. Q&A Deadline 05/02/2025 2:00 PM (PDT) The Bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of successful experience performing landscape maintenance services of a similar scope and size to include mowing, edging, trimming, irrigation system inspection and management, weed and pest control, debris removal, seasonal planting, and general upkeep of landscaped grounds. The Bidder shall possess a valid C-27 license and shall furnish personnel who are thoroughly familiar with grounds maintenance procedures in order to perform all tasks in a competent and efficient manner. Bidder shall provide a copy of their C-27 license number in bid response. The Bidder and any subcontractors must be actively registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Bidder shall provide their DIR registration number to include the DIR registration numbers for any subcontractors that may perform any services in regards to this RFB.
