Remodeling and renovation of a parking garage in Gretna, Nebraska. Working plans call for the remodel of a parking garage; and for the renovation of a parking garage.
**As of June 16, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Sarpy County Public Works has a satellite location in Gretna, Nebraska for equipment storage and maintenance. The shop utilizes five (5) parallel ACO Linear trench drains. The floor drains have reached the end of their useful life. The concrete is in a deteriorated state and the metal drain covers are no longer stable and mismatched. This is an operational shop. Scheduling and/or phasing of work is to be coordinated with the designated County representative. This Project shall consist of repairing Portland cement concrete parking pavement at the locations shown on the attached map. The work shall include: saw cutting and removing deteriorated concrete, disposal, preparation of the subgrade area, and furnishing, placing, finishing, and curing the concrete, concrete sealing, caulking joints, installing concrete washout facilities. Sarpy County is seeking qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of floor drains in the garages at the Public Works Shop in Gretna, NE.
