The Project includes the following Work Demolition and removal of various existing buildings and structures located along HWY 231 in Cottondale, FL located at 3302 Main Street (2.86 Acres), 3162 & 3166 Main Street (0.18 Acres), and 3159 Main Street (0.83 Acres). Demolition activities include the removal of existing debris surrounding the buildings, land clearing, and abandonment of any existing sewer/electrical systems in accordance with the design plans and specifications.
