Site work and paving for a civil project in Fountain, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

This project primarily consists of the milling and resurfacing of CR 274 from CR 287A to SR 71 for a total project length of 7.7 miles. The existing 24 wide roadway will be milled and resurfaced along with the addition of 5 asphalt aprons at existing driveways. Shoulder work, guardrail, roadway excavation and ditch grading will also be included along with drainage improvements consisting of cross drain culvert extensions and concrete mitered end sections. Signing and thermoplastic pavement markings are also included in this project. The Owner reserves BOCC Board to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570.
