Renovation of a residential development in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Clay County is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to provide HVAC services at the following location:1214 Lions Den Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 If any additional services are requested from the homeowner, the Contractor will be required to notify the County Project Manager or designee. No additional services shall be performed until the Contractor receives written authorization from Clay County. Home rehabilitation project includes the following items: HVAC Disconnect, remove and dispose of existing HVAC unit. Installation of a new 2.5 ton HVAC unit. Connect existing ductwork. Connect existing electrical. Connect existing refrigerant lines. Install a new thermostat and controls. Test and verify that the new HVAC system is functioning properly, including heating, cooling, and ventilation. The County reserves the right to make an award either in part or completely, and/or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the County; providing best value to the County with price, technical, and other applicable factors considered.
