Reference Number 0000384633 Oakland University is requesting quotes for a preferred supplier relationship for Irrigation Repair, Supplies and Services. The supplier(s) will provide the necessary supplies, labor, and equipment to maintain, repair or replace irrigation systems on an as needed basis. A multi-award bid may be considered based on the responses received Purchase Type Duration: 3 years Option: with two one year extensions The initial term of the contract will commence July 1, 2025, and will remain in effect for 3 years through 2028. Prices quoted and your responses to this RFP must be guaranteed for the entire three-year term of the agreement. Based on mutual agreement of Oakland University and the successful respondent, unless terminated, or canceled, as otherwise provided herein, the agreement has the option to extend for two additional one-year periods, through 2030. The University will not agree to auto renew clauses.
