The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 88,000' of HDPE Waterline Replacement. Question Deadline 05/16/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. This Section includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and equipment necessary for installing underground utilities using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method of installation, also commonly referred to as directional drilling. B. The work is to include: 1. Furnishing all labor, tools and equipment required to perform Horizontal Directional Drill. 2. Installing the required equipment at the locations indicated on the Plans to perform the HDD operations. 3. Installing new pipe at the locations indicated on the Plans by HDD methods.
