The work will include, but not be limited to, removal of one tree, installation of conduit for new camera electrical services, installation of new pole for camera, installation of new sections of chain link fence, installation of new sensors and electric motor for sliding vehicle gate, installation of new pedestrian gate, restoration of disturbed landscaping, replacement of concrete curbs, replacement of concrete wheel stops, installation of barrier free parking signage, installation of new asphalt patches and sealcoating of existing asphalt surface, and striping asphalt surface, and coordination with a separate contractor for the installation of several security system items (cameras, card readers, etc.), provided under a separate contract.
