Pike Place Market completes various capital projects and maintenance repairs throughout the year. As part of Pike Place Markets diversity, equity, and inclusion plan for 2025: we are encouraging Women Owned Enterprise (WBE), and Minority Owned Business (MBE), to apply and join our small works roster. We also invite new contractors to apply. In addition to a completed SWCR form, a copy of a current Certificate of Liability (CO!) will also be necessary. The requirement for this is General Liability at $1,000,000.00 ($2,000,000.00 aggregate). Applications will be accepted at any time. The Pike Place Market is looking forward to hearing, as well as meeting with all interested Contractors about this great opportunity to join our small works roster.
